Quoting acoustic-treatment jobs meant a site visit, manual measurements, and a hand-built estimate — days of turnaround before a prospect ever saw a number. Leads went cold while quotes sat in a queue.
What we built
- 01Shipped a fast marketing site with lead capture, deployed on Netlify, that funnels every visitor into a single conversational entry point.
- 02Built a chat quote builder where an AI assistant collects the room scope conversationally — dimensions, surfaces, material preferences — and a deterministic pricing engine produces good / better / best tiers. The model never invents a price; the engine owns every figure.
- 03Wired an operator backend that turns an accepted quote into a signable contract, with intake by inbound email (PDF parsing), public web form, or manual entry.
- 04Ran a full security review (OWASP LLM Top 10, PII redaction in logs, conversation caps against prompt injection) before anything touched a real customer.
